1. Damaged or Incomplete Products

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, we’re here to help. We accept returns for damaged or incomplete items within 7 days of delivery.

2. Initiating a Return

Provide us with details and, if possible, attach photos of the damage or incompleteness. We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

4. Shipping Costs

If you’re returning a damaged or incomplete product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
